Job summary

Kwik Fit is seeking a proactive Centre Manager to run a busy auto repair and servicing centre. You will lead daily operations, ensure jobs are completed efficiently, and create a welcoming, productive workplace that motivates the team.

You will build strong relationships with customers, spot ideas to boost profits, and implement them with empowerment and rewards in bonuses. The role offers room to progress toward Master Manager and beyond.

The Day to Day
