About the role

We are recruiting a Secondments and Partnership Co-ordinator for our Centre for Doctoral Training. This is a full-time equivalent (FTE) position.

The role involves project management of collaborations with both internal (UCL) and external (academic, industry, charity, hospital) partners. The post holder will work alongside the Centre Director, Manager, and Management Team across UCL and Ulster University to develop and implement the Centre's strategy.

This position requires close collaboration with researchers and administrative staff at Ulster University. Success in this role depends on being efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.

You will build relationships with faculty, UCL services, and external partners to support the department's objectives. A professional attitude, helpfulness, and positivity are essential.

About you

  • Experience working with organizations in the commercial or third sector
