Job summary

Parmar Staffing Ltd is recruiting a Centre Manager for a growing flexible workspace business in Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will build relationships, drive customer experience, spot commercial opportunities and help two busy centres run brilliantly.

The role is based in Glasgow with travel to Edinburgh, 37.5 hours per week, and a focus on maintaining high occupancy while converting opportunities as space becomes available.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to have sales conversations.
• Able to build relationships and communicate benefits of workspace.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective customers and understand their needs.
• Show potential customers around the workspace and convert inquiries into new business.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and support retention.
• Be a visible, approachable presence within the centres.
• Create an excellent experience for businesses using the workspace.
• Support networking, events and community-building activities.
• Take ownership of everyday operational issues and resolve them.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors when specialist support is required.
• Help maintain high standards across both locations.
