Job summary

CV Life is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Centre Manager to oversee daily operations across Coventry Sports Foundation and Culture Coventry sites. You will lead Lifeguards, Recreation Attendants, Receptionists, Cleaners, Maintenance and Café/Bar staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and efficient service.

You will supervise staff on duty, assist with rota planning, training, safeguarding, and promotional activities, and maintain high standards of customer care at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day operations of a customer facing venue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Centre while on duty.
• Supervise staffing ratios and observations for Centre staff.
• Plan and prepare centre activities, bookings and events.
• Assist with budgetary control and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure high standards of customer care and handle enquiries/complaints.
• Develop and coach staff; ensure health and safety practices.
