Space Youth Services is recruiting a Centre Administrator to support our North Team across Bideford and Barnstaple. The role provides essential admin support to youth centres, manages records and acts as first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors.
This 1-year fixed-term contract is 16 hours per week, with possible extra hours. Regular travel between sites is expected, and the post may include occasional weekend or evening duties to support events and training.
We are looking to recruit to a one year fixed-term opportunity to work as our centre administrator for our North Team in Bideford and Barnstaple.
Note: This is fixed term as the current post-holder has themself secured a secondment opportunity as the ‘Premises and Facility Manager’ joining the Business Support Team and will be improving our capacity and capability in managing the physical assets needed to deliver a safe and quality youth work service.
Location: Bideford or Barnstaple - Regular travel will be required to both sites.
Employment Type: 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 16 hours per week (with the option to claim up to an additional 4 hours per week as demand/availability allows)
