Job summary

DJ Doors is seeking a fast-paced, office-based coordinator in the United Kingdom to centralise office operations and engineer scheduling. You will plan daily workloads, manage site visits, and communicate with customers and engineers to keep jobs on track.

The role requires ownership, quick decision making, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy service environment. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with office-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or operations is essential.
• Experience in an engineering, service, or logistics environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily engineer workloads, site visits, and reactive jobs.
• Act as the link between customers, engineers, and the office team.
• Be the first point of contact for calls and emails, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Raise purchase orders, quotations, and invoices, and maintain accurate job records.
