Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Chiller & HVAC Service Engineer to join a leading UK HVAC solutions provider. The role mainly covers Central London with additional coverage across Greater London and surrounding counties, operating remotely in the field and delivering maintenance, fault finding and repairs.

You'll work with chillers, heat pumps, and air handling equipment, with emphasis on reliability, professional customer service and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing, repairing, maintaining and fault finding on commercial chillers and HVAC equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability.
• Experience in commercial/industrial environments demanding high reliability.
• Knowledge of wider HVAC systems including refrigeration and air handling equipment.
• Turbocor knowledge is advantageous.
• Independent mobile field service experience.
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, repair and fault-finding on chillers, heat pumps and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults accurately and efficiently.
• Work across HVAC equipment including chillers, refrigeration, air conditioning and air handling units.
• Deliver planned maintenance and reactive service while maintaining high technical standards and customer service.
• Liaise with customers, providing updates and professional service experience.
• Complete site reports, service documentation, timesheets and expenses on time.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and colleagues to support response and productivity.
• Maintain health and safety standards and company procedures on site.
