Job summary
idverde is seeking experienced Cemeteries & Grounds Maintenance Operatives in Northampton. You will handle grave preparation, excavation and backfilling, alongside general cemetery grounds upkeep to ensure a respectful environment for visitors.

Qualifications
- Experience in grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and flower bed upkeep.
- Experience with cemetery work, grave digging and burial processes; formal training advantageous.
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential, can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, excavate and backfill graves and assist with cemetery maintenance.
- Ensure grounds are tidy, well-kept, and respectful for visitors and loved ones.
- Follow safety procedures and policy guidance at all times.
