Job Description:

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for skilled and results-driven professionals to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering and implementing Celonis across complex enterprise environments.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

As part of our Process Intelligence & Transformation team, you will work with cross-functional client stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, implement Celonis capabilities, and enable data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business outcomes.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead or support the end-to-end delivery of Celonis solutions, from discovery through deployment and value realization
• Conduct process assessments and data modeling to identify execution gaps and automation opportunities across enterprise functions (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Translate business requirements into Celonis analyses, dashboards, and KPIs using Celonis EMS.
• Ingest, clean, and transform data from ERPs, CRMs, and other source systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize use cases and configure action flows, alerts, and process automation.
• Support change management and operating model transformation to embed Celonis insights into daily business operations.
• Deliver training, documentation, and handoff to client teams to ensure long-term adoption and ROI.
• Partner with Celonis account teams, customer success, and internal stakeholders to accelerate value delivery.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, digital transformation, or analytics-driven roles
• Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS, PQL, data modeling, and dashboard creation (certification a plus)
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, procurement, or customer service)
• Experience with data integration tools and techniques (SQL, ETL tools, APIs).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and comfort with ambiguity and iteration.
• Experience with Celonis Action Flows, Machine Learning Workbench, or Snap
• Celonis Solution Architect or Analyst Certification is an asset
