Job Description:

The Process Intelligence Senior Manager of Process Modelling & Design – MGS Digital Core will play a central role in converting Mars Global Services (MGS)’ future state-solution needs into actionable process models that underpin the deployment of S/4HANA capabilities. This transformation role focuses on initiatives related to the MGS ‘Digital Core’ program, including process intelligence deployments for back office & corporate functions such as Invoice-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and others.

This role is responsible for the Signavio platform rollout at MGS and the delivery of mining, BPM, process modelling, and workflow assets built on Signavio during the Digital Core program. It enables MGS to convert high-level designs into BPMN2.0 compliant process models, serving as blueprints for S/4HANA development and ongoing governance.

Initially, the role involves setting up the Signavio platform alongside the Manager of Data Engineering – MGS Digital Core. Once operational, it includes testing, validation, and producing an operating model & delivery playbook for asset development and support on the platform.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, including predictive and statistical modelling, to improve decision-making and operational agility, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality using advanced data science techniques.

The Senior Manager must critically assess process modelling outputs for business relevance and effectiveness, utilizing lean Six Sigma techniques to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within MGS. The role also involves overseeing process asset development and supplier management, focusing solely on project delivery for the Digital Core program.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in process design and improvement, with tools like Celonis and SAP Signavio.
• Experience implementing digital solutions (analytics, automation) to enhance business operations.
• Background in large CPG manufacturing & supply chain companies.
• Proficiency in process modelling software (Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Celonis, SAP Signavio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in predictive process modelling.
• Proven leadership in developing high-performing, agile teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications like PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or specific training in Celonis and SAP Signavio are advantageous.
• Experience leading transformational activities in Process Mining, Business Analytics, Automation, Supply Chain, Finance, or related technology platforms.
• Experience in professional services with a background in Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup initial Signavio environment with Data Engineering support.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and test cases in Signavio.
• Define and refine an operating model for BPM modules of Signavio.
• Develop and publish a BPM/Process Design Delivery Playbook using advanced modelling tools.
• Engage with function leads for requirements gathering and design integration.
• Manage development initiatives utilizing process mining and modelling with partner teams.
• Coordinate with Build Phase leads to ensure process outputs are transitioned for ERP development.
• Provide technical guidance on BPM and Signavio capabilities throughout the program.
• Deeply understand SAP S/4HANA functionalities, especially in finance processes.
• Lead process optimisation using Six Sigma, BPM, and data analytics tools like Celonis and Signavio.
• Oversee lifecycle improvements, evaluate efficacy, and support continuous enhancements.
• Mentor and develop the process design team, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modelling to forecast and improve process outcomes.
• Implement real-time process monitoring using SPC techniques.
• Develop data-driven strategies to address inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and data science teams to enhance analytics capabilities.
