The Process Intelligence Senior Manager of Process Modelling & Design – MGS Digital Core will play a central role in converting Mars Global Services (MGS)’ future state-solution needs into actionable process models that underpin the deployment of S/4HANA capabilities. This transformation role focuses on initiatives related to the MGS ‘Digital Core’ program, including process intelligence deployments for back office & corporate functions such as Invoice-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and others.
This role is responsible for the Signavio platform rollout at MGS and the delivery of mining, BPM, process modelling, and workflow assets built on Signavio during the Digital Core program. It enables MGS to convert high-level designs into BPMN2.0 compliant process models, serving as blueprints for S/4HANA development and ongoing governance.
Initially, the role involves setting up the Signavio platform alongside the Manager of Data Engineering – MGS Digital Core. Once operational, it includes testing, validation, and producing an operating model & delivery playbook for asset development and support on the platform.
The candidate should have strong analytical skills, including predictive and statistical modelling, to improve decision-making and operational agility, aiming to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality using advanced data science techniques.
The Senior Manager must critically assess process modelling outputs for business relevance and effectiveness, utilizing lean Six Sigma techniques to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence within MGS. The role also involves overseeing process asset development and supplier management, focusing solely on project delivery for the Digital Core program.
