GenesisCare UK at the Oxford Centre is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cell and Advanced Therapy. You will act as a Key Worker, provide expert nursing assessment, coordinate complex treatment pathways and support patients and families throughout their journey.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to pathway development, and lead quality improvement activities to enhance safety and outcomes. This role offers a dynamic opportunity in a pioneering cancer therapy service.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Post-registration qualification in cancer/haematology or related specialty.
• Minimum three years post-registration experience; at least two in cancer care.

Aufgaben

• Act as Key Worker for a defined caseload in cell and advanced therapies.
• Provide specialist nursing assessment, education and support.
• Develop personalised care plans addressing clinical and emotional needs.
• Coordinate patient pathways with MDT and external partners.
• Support patients through treatment transitions and escalation of concerns.
• Lead quality improvement and audit activities to improve outcomes.
