Job summary

Freshminds Interim in London is seeking a Customer Data Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the final stages of a Customer Data Platform implementation. You will ensure the platform is fully tested, validated and ready for go-live, coordinating across business, technology and vendor teams to drive delivery.

This role reports into senior programme leadership and focuses on enabling a successful customer data transformation with governance and post-launch optimisation built in.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Customer Data Platform or enterprise data platform implementations.
• Strong background in UAT, data validation and go-live delivery.
• Experience working across business and technical stakeholders in complex programmes.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality and customer data use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UAT strategy and execution for the Customer Data Platform.
• Manage data validation, migration and go-live readiness activities.
• Coordinate with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure delivery.
• Establish governance frameworks and support post-launch optimisation.
