Job summary

The role collaborates with Engineering, Projects, Operations and H&S to deliver safe maintenance and CAPEX work, focusing on contractor management, site safety, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 requirements.
• Experience managing on-site contractors and safety procedures.
• Familiar with RAMS, permits, isolations and induction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor management on site.
• Administer Permit to Work system and RAMS documentation.
• Ensure CDM compliance across projects and maintenance work.
• Promote site safety and engineering support for all activities.

Contract CDM Engineer

Outside £340 per day

Monday to Friday

Seeking a CDM & Contractor Compliance Engineer to take responsibility for the safe management and control of contractors working on site. This role will focus heavily on contractor management, permit-to-work systems, RAMS, isolations, site safety and CDM compliance, ensuring that all contractors are appropriately inducted, competent and working in accordance with company procedures and UK legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Projects, Operations, H&S and external contractors to ensure engineering, maintenance, construction and CAPEX activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
