The company has a thriving CDM/H&S department seeking a driven and ambitious CDM advisor with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role to oversee a portfolio of projects in residential (public sector), education, healthcare, commercial, regeneration, and local authority sectors across London/South East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional to join a well-respected consultancy, learn from top experts, and progress within the team. The role is suitable for NEBOSH & IOSH qualified individuals with around 2 years of experience as a CDM/PD Advisor seeking career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide health & safety services to diverse clients across the built environment.
• Manage H&S files, review construction phase plans, maintain pre-construction information, and conduct design risk reviews.
• Attend design team and client meetings, offering risk-related advice.
• Deliver CDM/PD advisory services to clients.
• Ensure RAMS are in place on projects.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction or equivalent qualification.
• Membership to IOSH and APS (desirable).
• Knowledge of 2015 CDM Regulations and related documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
