Carriera is proud to partner with an independent award winning property and construction consultancy who are based in South East London. Our client has been established for over 40 years and boasts a headcount of over 200 construction professionals offering a variety of services (building surveying, project management, cost management, architecture and H&S/ CDM) to their client base across the built environment.
The business has a thriving CDM/ H&S department which now requires a driven and ambitious CDM advisor with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role to join the team and help oversee a portfolio of residential (public sector), education, healthcare, commercial, regeneration and local authority projects across London/ South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional to join a well respected consultancy and shadow and learn off some of the best in the business, with a clear path of progression being offered simultaneously. The role would suit a NEBOSH & IOSH qualified individual that has around 2 years experience as a CDM/PD Advisor who's looking to take their next steps into a thriving health and safety team.
