As a result, the team has grown significantly and developed an excellent reputation across the sector, securing repeat business and appointments on a number of key frameworks.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Health & Safety/ CDM Consultant to join their established safety team and support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of property and construction projects across the region.
The business works across a broad range of sectors, including residential, public sector, healthcare, education and commercial projects, supporting clients in meeting their Health & Safety and CDM 2015 obligations.
This role would suit an experienced Health & Safety or CDM professional who has worked within a consultancy, main contractor or construction-focused environment, and is confident liaising with clients, principal contractors, designers and wider project teams.
As Senior Health & Safety/ CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a range of CDM and health and safety services across a varied client base.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 and experience delivering Health & Safety or CDM services within the construction sector.
You will need to be confident working with a range of stakeholders, able to provide clear and practical advice, and comfortable managing your own workload across multiple projects.
