Job summary

Assystem is seeking an experienced CDE Coordinator – ProjectWise Specialist to support a large scale programme. You will administer Bentley ProjectWise, configure environments and workflows, and implement automation to improve information management across teams.

You will work with Information Management, IT, Cyber Security and engineering groups to ensure secure, compliant handling of sensitive data in a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Bentley ProjectWise, incl. Explorer and Administrator.
• Experience with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud and configuring ProjectWise environments, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience configuring Bentely Orchestration and automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of access control, information security, and secure information management.
• Knowledge of UK and US Export Control legislation and implications for controlled information.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Bentley ProjectWise and related tools.
• Configure environments, attributes, workflows and access controls.
• Support ProjectWise rules engines and custom environment configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise system performance for project teams.
• Maintain configuration documentation and audit records.
• Develop and maintain automated information management processes using Orchestration.
• Integrate ProjectWise with BECS and other enterprise systems where applicable.
• Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security and IM teams to ensure security compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to CDE users and project stakeholders.
