Job summary

Worldpay, part of Global Payments Inc., is seeking a Risk Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. You will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate controls and promote continuous improvement across risk disciplines.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, coordinating response, and communicating findings to owners to prevent recurrence. A background in information security auditing is preferred, with CISSP/CISA desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in network security or server/endpoint security.
• Background in information security auditing.
• CISSP or CISA highly preferred.
• Risk assessment or internal audit experience preferred

• Ensure risk management program objectives are met, including risk assessment activities, risk response coordination and program testing/validation.
• Review significant events and advise business owners on actions to prevent recurrence.
• Perform risk assessments for Data Protection, Supplier Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs and other risk projects.
• Document risk analyses and controls and evaluate design and continuous improvement.
• Manage specific areas of exposure.
• Execute risk assessment activities and coordinate risk response.
• Review events and advise owners to prevent recurrence.
• Perform risk assessments for data protection, supplier management and enterprise risk management programs.

About the role

As a Risk Analyst, you’ll work on the cutting edge of cybersecurity with the largest FinTech company in the world. While using your advanced technical skills to protect Worldpay from threats, you will partner with business leaders to identify risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and promote continuous improvement.

About the team

What you will be doing

• Ensure the strategic objectives of risk management program are met including execution of risk assessment activities, coordination of risk response and program testing and validation.
• Review significant events and advises business owners of action steps required to prevent future recurrence.
• Perform risk assessments related to the Data Protection, Supplier Management and Enterprise Risk Management programs as well as other consulting projects throughout various risk disciplines while identifying potential issues, control gaps and potential process efficiencies.
• Document risk analysis and controls and evaluates control design and continuous control improvement.
• Manage specific areas of exposure.
• Execute risk assessment activities and coordinating risk response.
• Review significant events and advise business owners, to prevent future recurrence.
• Performing risk assessments for data protection, supplier management and enterprise risk management programs.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CISSP or CISA highly preferred.
