Job summary

Skipton International is seeking a detail-oriented CDD Analyst to join our First Line Risk team. This role can be based in Guernsey or Jersey, offering an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in client onboarding, customer due diligence and financial crime prevention to play a key role in protecting the business while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, customer service or admin in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of CDD, KYC and AML requirements.
• Familiarity with FATCA/CRS obligations.
• Awareness of financial crime landscape and regulatory expectations.
• Proficient with Excel and sanctions screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CDD activities for new and existing clients, including complex cases.
• Review and verify customer information to support onboarding and monitoring.
• Maintain FATCA and CRS records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on CDD-related queries to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in remediation activities and process improvements.
• Prepare management information and reporting for governance.
• Support projects and change initiatives led by the CDD Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across duties.
• Stay updated on AML/CFT regulations and policy requirements.
• Deliver excellent service to customers while ensuring compliance.
