Curaleaf International is seeking an organised CD Vault Warehouse Operative for our Sunderland, UK site. You will manage day-to-day vault activities, ensure secure storage of controlled drugs, and accurately process orders for Rokshaw, Curaleaf Pharmacy and Production.

This hands-on role emphasises accuracy, procedures and teamwork within a supportive environment. On-site only, with opportunities to learn and contribute to a growing cannabis business in a regulated sector.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day activities within the CD Vaults, including goods-in, stock control and replenishment.
• Rotate stock using FEFO and carry out regular stock takes.
• Maintain accurate CD registers, stock records, logs and documentation.
• Book in and correctly store released, unreleased, quarantined and waste stock.
• Pick, check and process pharmaceutical orders accurately and efficiently.
• Transfer stock between sites and provide updates on vault capacity.
• Receive deliveries, check for missing or damaged items.
• Ensure Controlled Drugs and temperature-sensitive stock are stored securely.
• Prepare orders for dispatch and handover to courier drivers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse environment.
• Follow SOPs, quality requirements and Health & Safety procedures.
• Support and guide new or less experienced colleagues as required.
• Drive the company van for same-day deliveries when needed.
