Job summary

Ward Security Limited is seeking a proactive Multiskilled Operative to install, maintain and support Temporary Video Verification Systems, Mobile CCTV Towers, Bluetooth Lockboxes and padlocks across Kent, Surrey and London. You will manage site visits, maintenance schedules and stock, coordinating with the National Operations Centre to ensure top-tier client service.

The role requires a valid UK manual driving licence, knowledge of Quality Management and Health & Safety, and strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• Valid full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience and knowledge of Quality Management, British Standards and Health and Safety.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team as well as alone.
• High level of self-presentation.
• IT literate—Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to Ward Security Limited Compliance Procedures and Company Operating Procedures.
• Report directly to the Systems Operations Manager.
• Manage day-to-day installations, removals and maintenance of the Systems.
• Plan and optimise maintenance schedules and workload.
• Monitor, stock and account for related items and equipment.
• Collaborate with National Operations Centre staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Keep system maintenance up to date and document visits in the database.
• Conduct site surveys for system deployment viability.
• Ensure safe systems of work on site with support from the Systems Operations Manager.
• Take on any other duties relevant to operations and service delivery.
