Qualifications
- Solid experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient with industry-standard CCTV equipment, software, and tools.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, IP addressing, LAN, and cabling.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV systems based on client specs.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to keep systems optimal.
- Diagnose and fix CCTV malfunctions and network issues promptly.
- Recommend upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with clients.
- Keep precise records of installations and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Provide excellent guidance to clients on system use and support.
