Job summary

The Lanes Group PLC is looking for a CCTV Engineer to manage our increased workload across our growing network in Manchester. You will operate CCTV equipment to measure the heights and depths of pipes and record any debris or grease build‑up, with access via manhole covers.

You will mostly work from your van, using a tablet to log reports for clients. A full UK driving license, ability to work in a two‑person team, and IT skills including Excel are required; company PPE is provided along with 21

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to work in a two-person team and use IT tools (Excel).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording pipe observations.
• CSCS card preferred and OX19 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV equipment to measure pipe heights and depths and record damages.
• Access pipes via manhole covers to insert CCTV camera accurately.
• Carry out most work from a van equipped with CCTV and computer system.
• Use a tablet to record work and report findings to clients.
