Job summary

Vortex, a specialist CCTV data co-ordination contractor, is seeking an organised and detail-focused data co-ordinator to join our growing UK operations team, supporting projects across the South of the UK.

This role is based in our office and involves coordinating the flow of CCTV survey data between field teams, analysts, and clients — ensuring footage, reports, and records are logged, quality‑checked, and delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a data co-ordination, administration, or scheduling role within construction/utility sectors is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills with MS Excel and database/reporting software.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log and organise CCTV survey footage and data from field teams.
• Check data for completeness and quality before processing; flag issues.
• Upload and maintain digital survey data in internal and client systems.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of footage and reports.
• Coordinate scheduling of survey data between field teams and analysts.
• Prepare and format survey reports for client submission per standards.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of survey jobs and status.
• Be a point of contact for data queries and report status.
