Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC seeks a CCTV Data Co-ordinator to support UK projects from our office. You will coordinate CCTV survey data between field teams, analysts, engineers and clients, ensuring footage, reports, and records are logged, quality-checked and delivered on time.

You will work with CCTV Surveyors and Analysts, maintaining an organized data archive and assisting with archiving historic data, while ensuring adherence to company procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in data coordination, administration, or scheduling within infrastructure sectors.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and database or reporting software.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and organise CCTV survey footage and data from field teams.
• Check data for completeness and quality, flag issues to Survey/Operations teams.
• Upload and maintain digital survey data in internal/client systems.
• Track survey progress and ensure timely delivery of footage and reports.
• Coordinate data between field teams and office-based analysts.
• Prepare survey reports for client submission per standards.
• Maintain records and databases of survey jobs, footage, and status.
• Be a point of contact for data queries and report status.
• Assist with archiving historic survey data and general admin duties.
