SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Contribute to building and maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and station communication systems
• Using IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates

Candidate profile:

This entry-level role is suited for hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail safety procedures is beneficial.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
