Job summary
MARCH is seeking an experienced CCTV, Access Control & Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our Burton upon Trent team. You will install, commission, maintain CCTV, access control and network infrastructure systems across customer environments.
The role covers fault diagnosis, system upgrades and provision of technical support while ensuring safety and compliance. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites are required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing, commissioning and maintaining CCTV and access control systems.
- IP-based networks and structured cabling knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Accreditations in CCTV or access control platforms.
- Experience with platforms such as Paxton, Hikvision, Axis, Avigilon or similar.
- Fibre optic installation/termination/testing experience.
- RAMS and health and safety knowledge.
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission and maintain CCTV and access control systems.
- Deliver network infrastructure installations including structured cabling.
- Fault diagnose and repair security and network systems.
- Prepare testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
- Read drawings and technical specifications.
- Provide customer support and project team guidance.
- Maintain records and ensure safety compliance.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
