Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Service Engineer to cover the Leeds area, focusing on installation, maintenance and repair of CCTV, access control and related systems. You will represent the company on site and work closely with customers to ensure high service levels.

The role requires hands-on electrical and networking knowledge, valid CSCS/ECS cards, and a professional, safety-conscious approach to every installation. A driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Access Control, CCTV, or fire and security knowledge is mandatory.
• Green CSCS OR ECS card and valid driver's license.
• A good understanding of electrical wiring, networking and routing is a plus.
• IPAF, PASMA and 3-day first aid are nice to have.
• Experience engaging with customers in a pressured environment is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Attend, complete and commission installation visits with functional testing and sign-off.
• Install, maintain and repair access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and network cabling.
• Manage van stock and coordinate with Stores Team for replacements.
• Maintain exemplary on-site standards and build strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental regulations at all times.
