Job summary

A growing security solutions company in the UK is seeking a multi-skilled engineer to lead projects in CCTV, Public Address, and Voice Alarm systems. You'll ensure the successful delivery of installations from start to finish, collaborate with your team, and have the opportunity to earn significantly through overtime. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of security solutions and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security installations with major CCTV vendors.
• Ability to pass a background check for clearance on sensitive sites.
• Full UK driving license and flexibility for after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of CCTV, PA, VA, and other security projects.
• Install and commission systems on customer sites.
• Provide support and service as needed.

Overview

Are you a multi-skilled engineer with a passion for security solutions? Our business is growing, and we're expanding our in-house capability for CCTV, Public Address (PA), and Voice Alarm (VA) systems. We need a hands-on engineer who can take projects from start to finish—from initial installation to final sign-off. You’ll be on the road frequently, working on customer sites across the UK, and will be a key part of our project delivery team.

What you’ll be doing and bringing together a track record of end-to-end project delivery in security installations.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of CCTV, PA, VA, and other security projects.
• Working in the field, primarily on customer sites, to install and commission systems.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Providing support and servicing as required, both in the office and on-site.

What you’ll bring

• In-depth knowledge of security solutions, with proven experience in at least one major CCTV vendor, and a willingness to learn Hikvision and Motorola.
• The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work after hours for which you'll be paid overtime.
• A full UK driving license.
• The ability to pass a necessary background check for clearance on school and council sites.
