STC Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced CCTV/Access Control Engineer for a full-time role covering East Anglia. The position involves installing, servicing and maintaining CCTV, access control and security systems across customer sites, with a field-based, Monday–Friday schedule and a modern office near Ipswich.

Ideal candidates have proven CCTV/access control installation experience, IT equipment knowledge, and a valid UK driving licence. DBS check and physical lifting ability are required.

CCTV / Access Control Engineer - Spider is advertising on behalf of

STC Solutions Ltd, who are looking for an experienced CCTV / Access Control Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a primarily field-based, Monday-Friday role covering East Anglia, with their modern purpose-built office and workshop based near Ipswich, Suffolk.

About the role:

You will install, service and maintain CCTV, access control and security systems across customer sites, working independently and within a small team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installing, servicing and maintaining CCTV and access control systems
• Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues
• Assisting with job planning, parts ordering and accurate records
• Delivering professional customer service and maintaining safety standards
• Supporting weighing engineers with equipment servicing and installation when required

About you:

You will have previous CCTV and/or access control installation, servicing or maintenance experience, alongside a working knowledge of IT equipment.

You’ll be organised, practical and confident troubleshooting faults, managing your workload and building positive customer relationships.

A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the ability to climb ladders, lift equipment and undergo a DBS check. You must be physically capable of lifting weights when assisting weighing engineers.
