Job summary

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing trauma-informed care and overseen by clinical governance. The post requires BABCP accreditation or progress toward it, with 35 hours per week in Redditch.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation or active status towards accreditation.
• Postgraduate CBT qualification or equivalent.
• Current professional registration in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment for gambling-related harms.
• Deliver evidence-based CBT in individual and group settings.
• Develop collaborative treatment and risk management plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducational, relapse prevention and therapeutic group programmes.
• Support co-occurring mental health issues (anxiety, depression, trauma).
• Maintain confidential clinical records in line with GDPR and organisational policies.
• Monitor clinical risk and safeguarding concerns in service user care.
• Work within CBT and psychological therapies guidelines.
