Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a qualified Corporate or Banking & Finance lawyer to join its Knowledge Management function in London. The role focuses on building Cayman precedents, practice notes and client briefings, while aligning with regulatory developments.

You will work with KM, IT and wider teams to enhance processes, standardise workflows and explore AI-enabled legal workflows. 2+ PQE is required; PSL experience is desirable but not essential, with interest in knowledge management and legal

Qualifications

• Knowledge management experience within a law firm or corporate department.
• Awareness of regulatory developments affecting banking, finance and corporate law.
• Interest or experience with AI and legal technology is advantageous.

A leading offshore firm is looking to hire a qualified lawyer to join its Knowledge Management function, supporting its Banking & Finance and Corporate practices.

This is a slightly different opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys the technical side of legal work and is interested in how knowledge, technology and AI can be used to improve the way legal teams operate.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining Cayman precedents, practice notes and client briefings, as well as keeping fee earners up to date with legal and regulatory developments. There is also a strong focus on improving processes, standardising transaction workflows and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

AI and legal technology will be an increasingly important part of the role, with the opportunity to develop and test AI-enabled workflows, support the adoption of legal technology and work closely with KM, IT and wider business teams.

The firm is looking for a qualified Corporate or Banking & Finance lawyer with 2+ PQE. Previous PSL experience would be desirable but is not essential, with experience or interest in knowledge management, AI or legal technology also advantageous.
