The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle, part of Circle Health Group, invites a Registered Nurse (Adult) to join the Cath Lab on a bank basis, covering shifts as required.

You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain documentation while upholding patient safety and NMC standards. Flexible hours and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• NMC registered adult nurse.
• Clinical healthcare experience.
• Strong governance and patient safety understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient with IT systems for patient records and care planning.
• Experience in surgical/medical/outpatient settings is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate changes using clinical judgement.
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and observations.
• Ensure care complies with NMC standards and hospital policies.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns.
