Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef for Chippenham Campus in Wiltshire. This term-time only role (38 weeks/year) is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a pay rate of £13.85 per hour.

The position focuses on nutritious, balanced meals and requires adherence to Caterlink and client standards. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting food, following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures, and supporting the daily running of the site, including inventory, budgets, and action

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support your line manager with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans

Job Description

We are hiring for a Chef at Chippenham Campus, Chipenham, Wiltshirewho wants to ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

The role:

• £13.85per hour
• 35hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
