You will deliver practical catering qualifications to small groups of learners in custody, helping them gain culinary skills, teamwork, and workplace confidence for life after release.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 qualification (or higher) in Catering, Culinary Arts, or Professional Cookery.
• Hands-on experience in commercial catering or hospitality environments.
• Experience delivering vocational or on-the-job catering training.
• Teaching qualification desirable; support to achieve during probation.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Instruction: Plan and deliver practical catering courses.
• Individual Training Plans: Tailor training plans for each learner.
• Food Safety & Workplace Standards: Enforce hygiene and safety in a secure setting.
