Job summary

Holroyd Howe is seeking a Catering Team Member to support both the cafe and student supper service at Heath Mount School. You will help prepare, serve, and present meals to a high standard, while upholding food safety and hygiene practices in a busy school environment.

You will work as part of a friendly team, provide excellent customer service to pupils and staff, and contribute to events and dietary/allergen controls.

• Support preparation, service, and presentation of food to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with food labeling, temperature checks, and allergen controls.
• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Set up and clear service areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures.
• Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions.
• Be flexible with a can-do attitude and a team player.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Team Member to support both our cafe and student supper service at Heath Mount School. This role is essential in ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive high-quality, nutritious meals served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.,

• Support the preparation, service, and presentation of food to a high standard

• Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
• Set up and clear service areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
• Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions
• Accountability for following and championing allergen controls, Our respectful codes of conduct inform how we behave towards our clients and customers, suppliers and business partners, and each other.
  Ideally have experience working within contract, or high-volume catering
• Possess a good Health & Safety knowledge
• Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused
