Job description

As the first smile and hello, you will start the journey for the customers in our kitchensensuring awarm welcome at any time of the day. Attending to all the small details to ensure you delight our customers with your passion for our products. Whether ourhome-made cakes or fresh coffee, you will be on hand to help, serve and guide. Operating efficiently and accurately so once at the till point, you know yourcustomer has everything they need and, where possible, more.

1. It all begins with preparation and presentation. You will ensure that the café is all set to go, spotlessly clean, ensuring products are available and immaculately displayed in line with our visual merchandising and food safety standards.
2. Offering a warm welcome, you will enjoy engaging with all our customers, accurately taking food and drink orders and processing payments correctly and efficiently.
3. You will take care to check all food is fresh, rotated, and replenished throughout the day to ensure customers are encouraged to buy our freshly prepared products.
4. Ensure to offer up-to-date knowledge and advice on our food and home-cooked meals straight from our kitchens.
5. Check that customers are seated comfortably, and tables are clean and clear, and be willing to scrub-in whenever needed, including potwash.
6. Attention to the small details is key to ensure brilliant customer service. Resolve problems yourself or with your team to find a way that exceeds their expectations.

No experience is necessary, but a positive 'can do' mindset and a passion for delivering great customer service is essential.
