At the NEC Group our catering division operates at venues and events in Birmingham and beyond including the NEC, the ICC, BP Pulse Live, the Vox Conference Centre and Arena Birmingham.

We have great opportunities available to join the animals and us at Dudley Zoological Gardens in our Front of House team as a Hospitality and Catering Team Member . You must have a flexible approach as hours can vary each week depending on the nature and volume of the business, hours will include weekends, bank holiday and evenings.

The moment you walk into our venue you’ll feel a fun, roaringly friendly vibe created by people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the enthusiasm we share through our teams. We’re looking for reliable, committed individuals, who thrive on customer service to join our team on a Casual-hour contract basis. Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be given.
