Nottingham City Council is seeking a talented individual to oversee catering operations at Wollaton Hall & Deer Park. The role includes managing a small team, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Working Hours: 18.5 per week (964.5 hours per year)
Worker Type: Onsite Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £24,702 (Level one) rising to £25,545 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)

About the Role
You will work in Wollaton Hall & Deer Park. To oversee the catering and hire operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors' expectations. You will actively participate in the service and presentation of food and beverage products. You will supervise a small team of staff. You will be part of a broader team of staff on the site delivering great service to visitors.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Practical experience of catering including production and service of high quality food and drink
Knowledge, ability & experience of current hygiene, Health & Safety & legal licensing compliance requirements
Supervisory skills including giving clear direction and providing feedback
Able to work flexible - including weekends, school holidays and evening
