We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and customer service, capable of overseeing all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing high-quality food
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
• Monitoring KPIs and targets through regular communication with your line manager
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training team members, leading from the front
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Our Ideal Catering Supervisor Will

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Have at least two years of catering experience
• Have team management experience in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Be ambitious and eager to upskill
