We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate Catering Supervisor who is dedicated to delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves confidently overseeing all catering and service operations for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted for 14 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation of kitchens and service counters, and helping to deliver outstanding food experiences. • Preparing high-quality food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training team members, leading by example to promote excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional service
• At least two years of catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to upskill
