Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the Catering Service at Cameron Hospital. You will lead the catering team to deliver safe, high-quality patient and retail catering aligned with NHS standards.

Working closely with the Catering Manager, you will oversee staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and infection prevention requirements while maintaining excellent service and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience within catering, healthcare, or food service.
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles.
  • Experience managing staff and allocating workloads.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Competent IT skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced catering professional with supervisory experience and a passion for delivering high-quality patient and retail catering services?

NHS Fife is looking for a motivated Catering Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the Catering Service at Cameron Hospital.
