Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Catering Supervisor based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for the daily preparation and production of food for patients, staff, visitors, and Adhoc functions in a manner that reflects high standards of culinary practice. You will oversee economic use of catering provisions, materials, and all resources. Responsible for the direct supervision of all catering staff.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Hours: 18.15 hours per week (15.30 - 21.00/15 - 7 days on & 7 days off)
