This role sits within our Hospitals division, catering for visitors and NHS teams. Taking care of some of the most renowned hospitals in the country, we know that healthy, nutritional food is critical to patient recovery. Our warmth of service and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll be doing...

As a Catering Supervisor, you will proactively supervise catering teams on site, recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and managing a team
• Controlling and managing a budget
• Ensuring ongoing team communication, building relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence
• Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours per week.
