Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, Medirest, is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Healthcare catering operations on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, ensuring exceptional food and service.

You will lead kitchen and service teams, monitor KPIs, uphold Health & Safety standards, and represent the brand while delivering outstanding customer experiences across NHS Trusts and private hospitals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated individual eager to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
