Job summary

Compass Group PLC is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for Healthcare operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will oversee kitchens and service counters to ensure exceptional food and customer service across our Healthcare sites.

You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold Health & Safety standards. It's a role for someone with at least two years' catering experience and proven team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
