Job summary

Aramark invites applications for a Catering Storeman to join our Workplace team at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. You will manage stock, receive deliveries, and ensure wards and kitchen areas run smoothly while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work as part of a connected catering and domestic services team, with opportunities for training, progression, and internal growth within Aramark. The role requires reliability and a proactive, team‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, warehouse, logistics, catering stores or stock control roles.
• Ability to manage stock, records, and FIFO procedures.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Goods Receiving and Stock Control: receive, inspect, and record deliveries to meet order specs and quality standards.
• Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes, and rotate stock.
• Coordinate Ward and Catering Supplies: process orders and distribute to designated areas.
• Maintain Safe and Organised Storage Areas: keep storerooms clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Complete Documentation and Compliance Tasks: keep logs, temperature checks, and traceability records.
• Support Wider Catering Operations: assist Reed's Café and kitchen areas as needed.
