Premier Work Support partners with a care home to recruit a Catering Manager. This brand new role provides hands-on day‑to‑day leadership for the catering service and will own operations across two sites, embedding systems and standards throughout.

You will lead production, stock control, waste management and team coordination, balancing food safety, cost awareness and service quality while working closely with clinical teams, facilities, procurement and HR to deliver reliable meals for

Qualificações

• Significant practical experience of managing catering or food service operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens, hygiene and HACCP.
• Good organisational skills to coordinate a busy operational service.
• Practical financial awareness, including food cost, waste, stock and labour.

Responsabilidades

• Lead catering operations across dual sites ensuring standards and systems.
