Eurest UK is recruiting an ambitious Chef Manager in Eastbourne to lead a thriving catering operation on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week. You will create exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers, while progressing your career with a company that invests in its people and rewards initiative.

You’ll manage budgets, lead, train and inspire teams, ensure Consistent high standards, and maintain Health & Safety across all catering activities.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Passion for great-tasting food and customer service.
• Experience managing catering teams.
• Strong communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
• Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to excel in their roles
• Delivering our tasty food concepts to customers
• Ordering food, stock control and reducing food waste
• Overseeing catering operations, inventories and action plans
• Managing budgets and meeting financial targets
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards
