Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Catering Manager for our Greenford operation. The role requires taking overall responsibility for daily catering activities, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable service while delivering excellent food and customer experience.

You will lead a team, manage budgets and stock, and uphold food safety and allergen standards. DBS check is required, with a Monday–Friday pattern and regular weekend visits as outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing catering or food service operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and stock control.
• Knowledge of food safety, health & safety and allergen compliance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
